Professor Richard Ross, an expert on American and comparative legal history, will deliver a public lecture at the Israeli Institute for Advanced Study at Hebrew University in Jerusalem on March 4th. The talk is titled "The Rule of Law in British America: Thinking with Indians While Comparing to Spaniards."
