On April 8th, Professor Suja Thomas participated in a panel discussion at NYU Law for the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law 11th Annual Conference - the topic of this year's event was "Plea Bargaining: Reforming An (Un)Necessary Evil?"
Thomas will also give a talk on "Cases Against Police: Should Juries or Judges Decide?" sponsored by the Federalist Society at Southern Illinois University Law School on April 15th. In addition, she will be a panelist at Wesleyan University on April 18th, where she will discuss her book in relation to the topic of the event, "A Jury for the 21st Century."
