The scholarship of Professor Verity Winship was quoted in an opinion issued by the Delaware Court of Chancery, Li v. loanDepot.com, LLC. In their decision, the Court referenced an article co-authored by Winship and Peter Molk (former Visiting Assistant Professor at Illinois, currently at Florida Law), titled "LLCs and the Private Ordering of Dispute Resolution."
This is the second time in a span of four months that Winship has been cited by the Court of Chancery.
