The Champaign County Bar Association has selected a new cohort of Pillars of the Bar for 2019, all five of whom are graduates of the University of Illinois College of Law. The program was started in 2006 to recognize a lifetime of contributions by outstanding Champaign County lawyers. This year's honorees are Arnold Blockman '73, the late Dick Joy '69, Phil Knox '71, Val McWilliams '82, and Glenn Stanko '76. The honorees will be recognized at the Law Day celebration in Champaign on Wednesday, May 8th.
