The Seventh Annual Workshop for Corporate & Securities Litigation took place at Boston University School of Law on September 27 and 28, 2019. Professor Verity Winship, an expert in corporate litigation and securities, co-founded the workshop with Jessica Erickson of Richmond Law. Illinois was a co-sponsor of the 2019 workshop, and Winship served as a moderator.
The workshop brings together scholars focused on corporate and securities litigation to present their scholarly works. Papers addressing any aspect of corporate and securities litigation or enforcement are eligible, including securities class actions, fiduciary duty litigation, and comparative approaches.
