Professor Colleen Murphy, an expert in transitional justice, recently delivered a talk on the topic at McGill University in Canada. Murphy will also speak at the Ethics of War and Peace Conference at West Point, the U.S. Military Academy, in October. This conference aims to create a constructive and open discussion of matters of great public interest that bridges the boundaries between civilians, officers, academics, and practitioners.
