Professor Rob Kar has been selected to receive the AALS Jurisprudence Section Article Award, for his work on "Pseudo-Contract and Shared Meaning Analysis," Harvard Law Review, Vol. 132, No. 4, p. 1135 (2019). The award is given annually to a tenured or tenure-track scholar in recognition of a single article or book chapter published in the prior year that exemplifies exceptional philosophical work in legal scholarship.
Professor Kar will be honored at an award ceremony during the AALS annual meeting in January.
