John Andreasen and Samuel Rabuck, both graduates of the Class of 2019, have co-authored an article that was published in the February issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. The article is titled "Water for the Plants: How Reserve Funds Keep Chapter 13 Plans Alive on Rainy Days and Benefit Unsecured Creditors." Andreasen is a judicial clerk to Hon. Deborah L. Thorne of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and Rabuck is a judicial clerk to Hon. Donald R. Cassling of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
