Do you want to help make the decisions regarding the University’s response to student conduct? You can apply to serve on the Subcommittee for Student Conduct and/or the Subcommittee for Sexual Misconduct. Both of these groups get extensive training and then experience making the decisions in these cases. The committees are comprised of students, faculty and staff. It is important that we have committees that reflect the entire campus community. The types of cases you would hear would be for students who have been accused of doing something that rises to the level of possibly being dismissed from the University. Those serving on these committees in the past have said that it is an eye opening experience that they learn a lot from.
