    Smarter Lunchrooms in Action

    ABCs of School Nutrition staff have been working with Larkin High School in Elgin to integrate Smarter Lunchroom principles. In the 2016-2017 school year, they implemented 12 additional practices from their previous assessment, including using identification cards to promote fruits and vegetables. Their food service manager worked with ABCs staff to trial various ways to display the ID cards and promote menu items!
