A U. of I. student reported that his bicycle had been stolen between noon and 8 p.m. Thursday at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Building, 306 N. Wright St., Urbana. The bicycle, which has an estimated value of $250, was locked to a rack.
Kingsley L. Lemon Jr., 24, of Champaign, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Thursday in the 0-100 block of East Green Street, Champaign, on three Champaign County warrants for failure to appear in court. Lemon’s vehicle initially was stopped because its registration was expired.
It was reported that a license plate had been stolen July 6 from a vehicle parked in U. of I. parking garage F-29 at the corner of Dorner and Gregory drives, Urbana. The cost to replace the license plate is $75.
