A police officer contacted the offending student and directed him not to follow or interact with his classmate.
A U. of I. student reported that her cellphone had been stolen around 11 p.m. Saturday outside Pennsylvania Avenue Residence Halls in the 900 block of College Court, Urbana. The student misplaced the phone and later used its tracking feature to learn that it had been taken to a residence in the 2100 block of South Philo Road, Urbana. Police were unable to recover the phone because the apartment building is secure and has multiple units. The phone has an estimated value of $600.
