On Tuesday, a U. of I. employee reported that vandalism and theft had occurred at the Idea Garden, 2000 S. Lincoln Ave., Urbana. On Sept. 18, a garden trellis valued at $30 was found destroyed. On Monday, gardeners found two plants valued at $30 had been stolen from their containers.
