A U. of I. student reported that someone had written fraudulent checks totaling $1,841.73 and charged against the account of a U. of I. registered student organization. Nineteen fraudulent checks were written between April 27 and Thursday.
A U. of I. student reported that his bicycle had been stolen Sunday or Monday from Bousfield Hall, 1212 S. First St., Champaign. The bicycle, which has an estimated value of $450, was locked to a rack.
