Benjamin W. Burrows, 49, no address provided, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of East Green Street, Champaign, on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for a parole violation. A police officer recognized Burrows and was aware of the warrant.
