In the past 24 hours I have seen three cyclists ride their bicycle against traffic. One person emailed me about two cyclists riding against traffic on Lincoln Ave. in Urbana.
Remember, you can get a ticket for this. Average fine is $120.
Mistakes happen. Sometimes it might seem convenient. Other road users, particularly the ones in large powerful metal boxes, have a difficult time seeing you and predicting you travel when you ride against traffic.
