Fall into Biking!
Summer has come to an end, but this semester is full of exciting ways to get involved on campus! Summertime biking is just as exciting as fall biking. The University has some of the most beautiful bike paths across campus, which are perfect for new students because it'll give you the chance to tour our campus. If you’ve brought your bike, don’t forget to register it. It’s free and a sure way to track down your bike if anything were to happen to it. Register your bike here!
CALLING ALL BIKE LOVERS! Bike at Illinois is starting an RSO! What does that mean? We are now looking for students and members of the community to help us effectively promote biking on campus, as well as host events throughout the year that support active modes of transportation. If that’s something you want to do, sign up here!
Do you have a bike that doesn’t have a light? No worries, Light the Night is the perfect event for you. Come out on October 3rd between 4pm and 7pm at the Alma Mater or Hallene Gateway (intersection of Illinois St and Lincoln Ave) to receive a free light and installation on your bike!
