For those who have access to add or edit phone numbers in TED, you may have seen a checkbox labeled “Do not text message this phone number”. This came in one of our past Blackbaud ServicePack updates.
We ask that you do not use this checkbox as it is not working the way it was intended.
UIF will be working internally to both fix the issue and determine best practices on its use. Once that is complete, we will post an update.
