We are currently experiencing a display issue with PDF documents in OnBase links and the web client. When you try to open a document, you will see a blank page and thumbnails to the right. It looks like the document is loading, but it will not open.
To view the document, click the PDF icon circled below. The document will immediately open in a new window. This is a workaround; we are working on a fix.
