CURRENT UIC Nursing Students
Description:
All currently enrolled nursing students returning for 2025-2026 academic year, must complete the SnAP Nursing Scholarship Application.
This application is for all currently enrolled Nursing Graduate and Undergraduate Nursing Students.
Follow the steps listed below. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- All Currently Enrolled Nursing Students: Login to the application section of the Scholarship and Awards Program (SnAP) with your UIC Netid and Password: https://uic.academicworks.com/users/sign_in
- Fill out the SnAP “General Application” and the “College of Nursing Application” by Friday March 28, 2025.
- Submit 2025-2026 FAFSA to UIC no later than 5:00pm (Central Standard Time) on Friday, March 4, 2024.
- US Citizens and Permanent Residents: must submit FAFSA to the University of Illinois- Chicago by March 28, 2025
- Non-US citizens and International students: Are not required to file a FAFSA Application but must complete the Nursing Supplemental Form: https://uic.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1CkcfV3l6eswxNk
- The form must be completed and submitted by Friday, March 28, 2025. Failure to submit this form can result in an incomplete scholarship application.
- DACA Students: Submit the Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid (Alternative Application). Further details are provided at ISAC’S page here: https://www.isac.org/students/before-college/financial-aid-planning/retention-of-illinois-rise-act.html
- Save the document as “Last Name_First Name_2025-2026 AA FAFSA”
