The Library of the Health Sciences-Chicago (LHS-C) is conducting a library space survey to better understand how our library spaces are used and perceived by the UIC community. We invite all students, faculty, and staff across the entire Chicago campuses to share their experiences, ideas, and suggestions to help us improve the library environment. Your feedback will inform future space planning and organization at the LHS-Chicago Library.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential. We greatly appreciate your time and input. The survey will remain open until May 15, 2026.
