- Event staff shifts range from 7:45 am- 2:45 pm.
assignments include, but are not limited to, setting up, working and breaking down the registration, exhibit and ballroom areas.
Volunteers will be provided with lunch in the ballroom during the program, and parking at the Hilton Garage.
Event Staff Eligibility Criteria:
- Must not already be seated at an organization’s purchased table
- Must not already be staffing an exhibit space
- Must be available to work the entire shift assigned
- Must have clearance to work for the event from your supervisor
