The iSchool Professional Mentor Program opens the door to connections with professionals who can help you develop a deeper understanding of career opportunities and expand your professional network. In this program, you will conduct three half-hour video interviews with your mentor throughout the semester. We have over 100 mentors eager to answer your questions and provide feedback on your application materials.
This program is recommended for seniors who have at least one iSchool class or at least one internship or some volunteer experience. If you have lots of questions to ask a mentor, please join us! If you’re not really sure what to ask, it may be best to wait until the next semester to get started.
To participate, attend the orientation session on Thursday, August 13th, 2020 at 10am. The program is open to graduate students and seniors in iSchool majors. The session will be recorded.
Mentors come from a variety of sectors: Corporate, Higher Education, Government, Non-profits, and Public Libraries
