Ngozi is a Community Health major with a minor in Psychology. She studied abroad in Rome, Italy during the summer of 2019. Her most impactful experience was having a tour of the Florence Children's Hospital. Ngozi learned about the health care system and was inspired to continue studying medicine. Studying abroad meant so much to her as a first generation student of color from a high financial need background. Without the help of scholarships and grants, this opportunity wouldn’t have been possible for her. She is grateful for having the opportunity and highly recommends studying abroad, because it is one of the greatest gifts to yourself.
