Biography: Hello, my name is Jabari Cooke. I'm from the South Side of Chicago. You will usually find me playing tennis or going on long runs.
Why Information Sciences: Over the course of my high school career, I developed a passion for understanding why the human brain makes the decisions it does and what specifically makes someone prefer one thing over the other. I combine that passion with my interest in technology, and I ended up in Information Sciences. This major resonates with me because the curriculum allows me to understand the ties between humans and technology further. I'm interested in a career in Product Management or Ux Design/Product Design.
Campus Involvement and Experiences: Quality Insurance Intern at Fermi Labs, Marine Biology and Animal Conversation Intern at The Shed Aquarium, Inorganic Chemistry Intern at the University of Chicago- Doctorate Research, Lincoln Park-Men's Tennis Captain
