Why Information Sciences: Technology has become such an integral part of all of our lives, and here at UIUC, I got the opportunity to explore how it can be used in numerous different ways. I got the opportunity to explore some of the IS courses and being able to alter data, learn about its history, and learn about its modern applications in the world solidify my interest in the field. I'm hoping to learn more about Data Science and Data Analytics here at the iSchool.
