This academic year, Fresh Press, a UIUC sustainable papermaking lab run by Graphic Design Associate Prof. Eric Benson is looking to train a new crop of papermakers to help out in paid commissions and an interdisciplinary research project with the Univ. of IL. Library Conservation Lab. No experience in papermaking is necessary, but an interest in climate action and sustainability in the arts is a must!
