Call for Proposals is now open for IT Pro Forum Spring 2024! 

The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will host the IT Professionals Forum on June 5 and 6, 2024. This event will be fully online. The theme for the 2024 Spring IT Professionals Forum event is "All Systems Go!" Are you #AllSystemsGo with #ITPF2024?

Proposals are due by 11:59PM CDT Friday, April 5, 2024!

Submit a proposal electronically to have your topic considered for the conference. You will receive a notification of your proposal acceptance within two weeks after the deadline.

Please reference the tracks below when planning your presentation or workshop proposals:

• Hardware, Infrastructure, and Other Hands-On Technology 
  • Presentations are welcome on any topic, from virtualization to virtual reality, backups to backplanes, and layers one through six! 
• Software, Security, Data, and DevOps 
  • Share your experiences with web applications, custom tools, IDEs, testing, deployments, monster datasets, or anything else that runs on IT systems. 
• Process Management and Business Operations 
  • IT is inextricably intertwined with University business and strategic planning efforts. Presentations to help demystify those interactions benefit IT professionals all over campus. 
• Accessibility, Communication, Collaboration, and Training 
  • The human touch is what makes our campus run. Do you have something to say about efforts for inclusivity and supporting your colleagues? We’d love to learn from you! 
• Service/Unit Overviews and Updates 
  • Introduce your team to strengthen our community connectedness, or provide updates to prior unit-overview ITPF presentations. 
• Anything Goes! 
  • If you have an IT-related topic that doesn’t seem to fit any of these tracks, we'd still love to hear your presentation at our Spring 2024 Forum!

And if you're not sure about the track, you can always ask the committee to choose for you!
