WebStore observes designated University holiday hours in the month of December and January. As a result, you can expect delays in both customer service and order processing during the winter holiday break.
Customer Service
WebStore customer service will be unavailable December 22 through January 1. During this timeframe, customers will be able to shop, purchase, download, and access order histories. However, customer support emails will not be answered until WebStore reopens on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Order Shipping
Likewise, software purchased with a shipping option on December 22 through January 1, will not be processed and shipped until January 2nd, at the earliest.
