WebStore observes designated University holiday hours in the month of December and January. As a result, you can expect delays in both customer service and order processing during the winter holiday break.
WebStore customer service will be unavailable December 24 through January 4. During this timeframe, customers will be able to shop, purchase, download, and access order histories. However, customer support emails will not be answered until WebStore reopens on Wednesday, January 5, 2021.
Likewise, software purchased with a shipping option on December 24 through January 4 will not be processed and shipped until January 5th, at the earliest.
