  • AWS service disruption affects U of I access to Adobe

    Software services is currently monitoring the recent global AWS service disruption and potential impact on the services we provide.  We are currently aware of degraded Adobe performance and will provide an update when this service returns to full functionality

    10/21/2025 Update: Adobe status reports that Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Adobe Services issues are closed. All U of I customers should be able to access Adobe services and subscriptions now.
