WebStore observes designated University holidays in the month of November. As a result, you can expect delays in both customer service and order processing during Fall Break.
WebStore customer service will be unavailable November 24 and 25. During this timeframe, customers will be able to shop, purchase, download, and access order histories. However, customer support emails will not be answered until WebStore reopens on Monday, November 28, 2022.
Likewise, software purchased with a shipping option on November 24 and 25 will not be processed and shipped until November 28, at the earliest.
