WebStore observes designated University holidays in the month of November. As a result, you can expect delays in both customer service and order processing during Fall Break.
WebStore customer service will be unavailable November 25 and 26. During this timeframe, customers will be able to shop, purchase, download, and access order histories. However, customer support emails will not be answered until WebStore reopens on Monday, November 29, 2021
Likewise, software purchased with a shipping option on November 25 and 26 will not be processed and shipped until November 29, at the earliest.
