WebStore observes designated University holidays in the month of November. As a result, you can expect delays in both customer service and order processing during Fall Break.
Customer Service
WebStore customer service will be unavailable November 28 and 29. During this timeframe, customers will be able to shop, purchase, download, and access order histories. However, customer support emails will not be answered until WebStore reopens on Monday, December 2, 2024.
Order Shipping
Likewise, software purchased with a shipping option on November 28 and 29 will not be processed and shipped until Dec 2, at the earliest.
