Brian Ndumila is an educator, library scholar, and doctoral researcher in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership, with a concentration in Global Studies in Education. His research critically examines programming in community and public library contexts, exploring how it is conceptualized and enacted to support literacy and learning among families and multilingual learners. Trained in librarianship and with experience as a high school teacher in Kenya, his work bridges library and education studies to understand libraries as informal spaces for learning and community engagement.
