EPOL Department - Student Spotlight

Parya Jangjou is a doctoral student and graduate teaching assistant pursuing a Ph.D. in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership with a concentration in Global Studies in Education. Her research focuses on international students’ experiences in higher education, particularly issues related to academic literacies, language, identity, and belonging, as well as how emerging technologies such as generative AI are shaping these experiences. She is also involved in international education and outreach initiatives, as well as a project, where she contributes to research and teacher engagement around AI-supported science education.
