Alina's paper "Chinese-Western Educational Exchange during Cultural Revolution: Analysis of the British Foreign Office Files on Chinese Students Abroad" was accepted to be presented at the 71st Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs which will be held on September 16-18 at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. The paper was originally written for Professor Carol Symes' HIST 502 course "Writing Regimes" in Fall 2021. This will be Alina's first time presenting a paper at a conference.
