Yating's paper "Safe Space for Professional Women: Self-categorization, Self-empowerment, and Self-regulation in Douban 'Women in' Groups" and Ruonan's paper "The Chained Woman in Feng County: A Case Study of Law, Insanity and Feminist Social Media Activism in Contemporary China" were accepted to be presented at 2022 Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs. Both papers study the status of social media and Chinese feminism.
