Add almond bark. Allow almond bark to melt, stirring occasionally. While bark melts, place unwrapped candy canes in a plastic bag. Using a mallet, or another heavy tool, to crush the candy canes into a fine powder. Once melted, add the almond extract and candy cane powder. Stir Well. Add food coloring, one drop at a time, and stir until the candy takes on a light pink color. Line baking pan with wax paper. Pour candy into the baking pan and refrigerate until hardened Remove from baking pan and cut into squares
