University Payables would like to remind Cardholders, Manager Reviewers, Charge Code Reviewers and Department Card Managers that FY23 card transactions should be reconciled promptly. This is especially important during year-end so the transactions post in the proper fiscal year.
During year-end process, the 25-day grace period to process card transactions is suspended.
Please keep the below dates in mind when processing card transactions.
June 30, 2023
- Last swipe date for FY23 card transactions.
July 5th, 2023, by 5 p.m.
- All TCard transactions made prior to July 1, regardless of funding source, must be departmentally approved in Chrome River to post in FY23.
July 14, 2023
- All PCard transactions made prior to July 1 must be departmentally approved to post in FY23.
Note: Please refrain from submitting FY24 transactions until after July 14th.
