Updated FY24-27 Facilities and Administrative Rates for use on Sponsored Projects
Facilities and Administrative (F&A) rates are established through negotiation with the Federal Government. The current negotiated F&A rates for the University of Illinois Springfield with the Federal Government will expire on June 30, 2023.
Therefore, the university has negotiated a new facilities and administrative rate agreement with the Office of Naval Research for FY24-FY27, signed on June 6, 2023. The new negotiation agreement can be found under Other Information on the System Government Costing website.
An updated rate schedule showing FY24 Fringe Benefits and F&A rates will be available in August.
Facilities and Administration Rates:
- On Campus, 41.2%
- Off Campus, 17.8%
These rates apply to all programs regardless of the NACUBO function of the project.
