The Business & Finance Policy Office announces an open comment period from July 15 - end of day July 28, 2026, for policy 8.6.2 Request Payment for Honoraria.
This policy is being updated to state that honoraria payments totaling $1,799 or less do not require the payee to have an established Banner vendor number IF the honoraria request is processed through the Rellevate Payment Platform.
