During the lapse period, labor redistributions may continue to be processed against the 100026 state fund. However, only certain types of labor charges are eligible. See below for further details: 

• Whether a labor redistribution is allowable depends on both:  

• The timeframe of the pay event that is being redistributed, and  
  
  
• The employee type: Biweekly (BW) or Monthly (MN).
