The University of Illinois has partnered with Anthony Travel, a national leader in higher education travel, and the system’s preferred travel management company. Employees may work directly with one of our dedicated travel consultants or access the iTravel online booking tool.
Regardless of the chosen option, you will not see any agency service fees for university-funded business travel.
All iTravel profiles have transitioned to Anthony Travel and the iTravel Resource page has been updated with contact information for Agent-Assisted Support, the iTravel Help Desk, and After Hours Service.
The software behind the iTravel system has also been enhanced and the monthly training sessions will resume on February 11, 2025. Please register to attend one of the upcoming sessions.
For employees with active reservations and departments that have contracted group travel with Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), please continue to work with CTP.
