  The Office of the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Comptroller announces an open comment period for updates to 5 Receivables from August 28 to September 11, 2024. 

  Highlights Include:

  • Revising policies to new policy format
  • Updating policy content for accuracy, consistency, and grammar
  • Removal of policy 5.3.1 Process Student Deposits and Banner and 5.3.2 Return Student Deposits in Banner Accounts Receivable (Banner AR) from Section 5 for placement in Section 13
  • Removal of Keeping Receivables Records and FAQs
  • Renumbering of Section 5 Policies
