What’s Changing, and What Do You Need to Do?
Beginning July 1, 2025, SJ Smith will be the sole preferred supplier for laboratory and industrial gases. To support a smooth transition, please submit your SJ Smith requisitions to the Purchasing Office by June 6, 2025. Early submission will help ensure timely processing before the award takes effect.
Orders may be submitted in the following ways:
- Via purchase requisitions or standing orders in iBuy
- Using a university PCard for individual purchases
