As we begin a new fiscal year, now is a great time to revisit the resources available to support your monthly reconciliation process. Whether you're new to reconciliations or simply looking for a refresher, the resources and job aids below can help you complete your monthly reconciliation activities:

• The FY27 Month-End Closing Schedule provides the closing date for each accounting period, along with the dates that related reports will be available in My-UI-Financials, EDDIE, and Mobius View.  

• The Reconciliation Reports webpage provides several reports to support your monthly reconciliation process, including the Misclassified C-FOAP Report.
   
• The Finding Your C-FOP Balance job aid outlines where to find a C-FOP’s available balance in Banner, My-UI-Financials, EDDIE, and Mobius View, as the method varies by fund type. 

• UAFR’s Reconciliation of Financial Activities webpage provides an overview of the reconciliation process, along with tips and resources that can help you develop or refine your reconciliation procedures, including the Reconciliation Guidance Job Aid.
