    The Office of the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Comptroller announces updates to Business and Finance Policy 12.5.2 Expensed Lease or Housing Stipend for a Non-University Owned Residence or Apartment. The requirement for a lease to be provided for Long Term Residence Stipends (More than One Year) has been removed, but the University of Illinois System retains the right to request a copy of a lease.
