The University of Illinois system’s online travel booking tool, iTravel, has been inaccessible since March 30 due to technical issues. AITS, University Payables and Corporate Travel Planners (CTP), the administrator of iTravel, have resolved those issues.
Two-factor Authentication (2FA) is now required to access iTravel through single sign-on (SSO) from the iTravel Resource page.
For multiple travelers or complex itineraries, please contact a full-service agent at 844-214-9225. CTP has set up a call back option so employees do not have to remain on hold.
Another option is to complete the Travel Request Form located on the iTravel Resource page and e-mail it to uofi@ctp-travel.com.
