University Payables would like to remind Cardholders, Manager Reviewers, Charge Code Reviewers, and Department Card Managers that FY22 card transactions should be reconciled promptly. This is especially important during year end so that the transactions post in the proper fiscal year.
During year end, the 25 days given to process card transactions is suspended.
Important Card-Related Dates To Remember
June 30, 2022 - Last swipe date for FY22 Card transactions.
July 1, 2022 - All TCard transactions made prior to July 1, regardless of funding source, must be departmentally approved in Chrome River to post in FY22.
July 15, 2022 - All PCard transactions made prior to July 1 must be departmentally approved to post in FY22.
