As the FY27 renewal cycle continues, we are sharing a reminder regarding the next renewal deadline.
The January 30, 2026 deadline applies to renewal requisitions in the following categories:
- $100,000 to $999,999 for commodities and general services, professional and artistic services, and sole sources
Submitting renewal requisitions by the applicable deadline helps support timely review and processing within Purchasing.
If your renewal documentation is complete, requisitions may be submitted at any time prior to the deadline. Units are encouraged to coordinate with their business offices to ensure required documentation, quotes, and funding approvals are in place.
