Per a direction from CMS, only drivers with a United States-issued driver’s license can use university vehicles. Policy 15.4.2 Become Eligible to Drive a University Motor Vehicle is being updated to reflect that change.
Additionally, the Departmental Driver Approval Form has been updated to reflect that change. Additional changes to the Departmental Driver Approval Form include removal of positions that no longer exist as well as references to courtesy vehicles for guests. The draft Form is also attached here.
