Before submitting a request for a new program code, you may find it helpful to review UAFR’s training resources on program codes and NACUBO functions, such as:      

• UAFR’s instructional training video, which walks the viewer through the steps needed to properly complete UAFR’s Banner Fund, Program, Index (FPI) Request Form when requesting a new program code. 
     
• UAFR’s downloadable PowerPoint presentation from this training video, ideal for those who prefer reading or referencing the material offline.  
   
• UAFR’s example of a completed FPI form, which demonstrates the type of information and level of detail UAFR needs when reviewing program code requests.
